Amazon Insurance Store: Exceeding customers' expectations

One Medical's Approach to Health Care:

One Medical, an Amazon company, has redefined the health care experience by offering a range of services designed to make health care easily accessible. From preventive care to managing chronic conditions like diabetes, Prime members can now benefit from One Medical's expertise. This partnership aims to streamline the health care process, providing a care team that is readily available when and where members need assistance.

Key Features of the New Health Care Benefit:

1) On-demand virtual care 24/7:

Prime members gain unlimited access to on-demand virtual care, including video chats with licensed providers for immediate assistance.

The "Treat Me Now" feature allows members to receive fast care for common concerns such as cold and flu, allergies, skin issues, and urinary tract infections.

2) In-person and remote primary care services:

Members living near One Medical locations can easily schedule same- and next-day remote or in-person appointments at any of the hundreds of primary care offices across the U.S.

One Medical offices are designed for a stress-free and welcoming experience, with on-site labs, punctual appointments, and longer visits for personalized care.

Affordability and Savings for Prime Members:

The new health care benefit is available to Prime members for $9 a month or $99 annually, offering up to $100 in savings compared to the standard One Medical membership fee.

Families can also enjoy the savings, with Prime members able to add up to five additional memberships at $6 per month or $66 annually—up to 67% off the standard fee for each additional membership

Amazon's collaboration with One Medical is a significant step towards providing Prime members with an accessible, affordable, and high-quality health care experience. This new benefit aligns with Amazon's commitment to enhancing the overall well-being of its members, complementing existing perks such as exclusive deals, fast and free delivery, prescription savings, and quality entertainment. As the e-commerce giant continues to expand its presence in the health care sector, Prime members now have a comprehensive and convenient solution for their health care needs.
