Qatar Insurance Company (QIC), a leader in insurance services across Qatar and the MENA region, has launched a digital blog platform, qic.blog. This initiative aims to cultivate insurance literacy within the community and simplify the understanding of everyday life and insurance matters in Qatar.
The blog, available in English and Arabic, provides regularly updated articles covering a wide array of topics, including car insurance, driving regulations in Qatar, tourism and travel trends to and from Doha, healthcare and medical insurance tips, and other relevant topics to help residents live worry-free. Additionally, the platform will soon introduce an “Insurance Dictionary,” which will be Qatar’s first online resource offering clear, concise definitions of key insurance terms.
Mr. Rashid Al-Buainain, Group Chief Administrative Officer, expressed his enthusiasm for the new platform, saying: “We are proud to introduce this pioneering service in Qatar as a complement to our existing web and mobile offerings. This reflects QIC’s dedication to supporting our community by improving their understanding of insurance and empowering them to make informed choices about products that best suit their needs.
