I am a senior executive with over 25 years of high caliber working experience in the financial industry, fintech and strategic consulting, passionate about entrepreneurship and making the difference in leading edge and innovative business ventures. I have worked with increasing P&L responsibilities in top-notch companies such as McKinsey, UniCredit, ING, Nexi and AideXa, focusing my activity on developing digital banking, instant lending, with a specific focus on SME.
It’s this combination of fintech and banking skills and an entrepreneurial mindsets that has pushed me to co-found and develop Banca AideXa, a Fintech Bank fully dedicated to SME, champion of growth. As founder and CEO till January 2024, since obtaining full ECB licence in 2021, clients and loans tripled in 2022 and more than doubled in 2023. Thanks to innovative, fast and simple lending and account products for entreprenuers - based on psd2 data and Artificial Intelligence - the bank in a couple of years passed 14.000 clients, 670M€loans disbursed, over 400M€ assets, with an annualized of over 15M€ combined with a COR below 1,3% and a solid CET1 at 27%.
I hold an economics degree summa cum laude from University of Bologna and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Anderson School, University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
