Our unique hybrid business model, as an MGA and SaaS provider, has enabled us to utilise our first hand experience of the challenges insurers face to build technology solutions that directly address them. We are doing this by creating APIs and bespoke SaaS solutions that encompass AI and ML to establish seamless communication and efficient data sharing between partners, and promote automation. In the wholesale and retail SaaS side of the business, we can rapidly deploy our own APIs into existing systems or create bespoke end-to-end solutions that encompass the entire customer journey. Our digital solutions use AI and ML within underwriting, distribution, document management, and claims, increasing automation and efficiency. We have created a powerful analytics tool that is able to gather and combine data from different sources across the world. Using AI/ML, it is then able to accurately assess the risk of each customer individually. This gives the customer a quick quote-and-buy process with accurate pricing and risk assessments and also enables automation by removing time-consuming manual processing. We not only use this system within our own business and administrative processes, but also support other insurers to do the same.
