Innovation presentation
Relationship Managers (RMs) in our branches have diverse responsibilities across various business areas. They need in-depth knowledge of clients and must track changes in their credibilities. They swiftly respond to product or service requests in line with Odeabank's risk appetite, create new sales opportunities, understand both the short-term and long-term business needs of clients, and monitor their targeted budgets to take proactive actions when needed to reach their monthly and year-end goals.
As a young, forward-thinking and innovative bank, Odeabank relies on third-party software tools for its daily operations. These tools sometimes can be disadvantageous as they create inefficiency, as RMs must use multiple tools, sometimes manually, leading to the loss of corporate memory. For example, meeting notes with clients were kept manually, and if an employee left, the valuable insights from those meetings left with them due to the lack of system records.
Existing tools provide "information" but not "insight," meaning overall success heavily relies on the RMs' personal knowledge and experience, which varies significantly. This is where the Commercial Boost Project comes in. It acts as a cross-functional hub, centralizing all the data that RMs need about their clients and portfolios. It provides insights into sales opportunities, client credibility, portfolio profitability, and the current status of budget actualization for each product, ensuring that RMs can manage their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
