QUATRU Qorus-Infosys Finacle Banking Innovation Awards 2024

QUATRU is an innovative digital platform designed to transform the home ecosystem by providing a 100% digital and remote experience for all home-related needs. The project aims to enhance the existing real estate promotion platform by introducing a comprehensive, user-centric solution that covers the entire home-buying journey and beyond.

The need for modernization of the current BPI Expresso Imobiliário platform prompted the development of QUATRU. Once a market leader, BPI Expresso Imobiliário has become outdated and is losing ground to competitors. To address this issue, QUATRU has been developed. QUATRU offers an enriched value proposition while preserving the features valued by current customers.

The inspiration for QUATRU came from observing the fragmented nature of the home-buying and management processes. By integrating these services, we aim to simplify and enhance the customer journey, providing value at every stage. While there are established real estate platforms, none offer the fully integrated, self-service, and end-to-end solutions that QUATRU does. Our unique value proposition lies in combining property search, mortgage solutions, home management, and marketplace services in one seamless digital experience.

The project involves multiple teams to ensure a well-rounded approach to development and implementation, but the ones that stand out are the BPI Innovation Team and Deloitte, a consulting firm that has been developing the platform with the bank since day one. We are currently in the Friends and Family Phase, actively working to improve the platform for the official launch date.
