Hyper-personalization is not only a project, but also a change of culture within the bank, we change from having a culture focused on the products we offer, to a 100% customer-centric culture. It´s our way to face the future using AI, facing new trends, culture and neobanks.

This project seeks to meet two objectives: to retain our high-value customers and to grow the relationship we have with medium and low-value customers. We achieved this by changing risk models per product to risk models per client, with this change we focus on offering the client a package of products with customized conditions to meet their needs.

Through hyper-personalization we are able to offer the credit and investment products our customers need at the time they need them, and with the conditions they need.

This project has been developed and refined over the last few months, through feedback from branch executives and the client. To develop this entire ecosystem, we work with different areas.

Some of the areas involved in this project are Customer Experience, Analytics, Risks, Commercial, Innovation, Technology, Culture, etc.
