The new system "AI Claim manager" can resolve claims from glass insurance in real time. Previously, claims were resolved only during business days and business hours using the classic method from oldest to newest. In such situations, long backlogs of unresolved claims were created, with clients waiting for several days before a claim manager reached them. The new setup works 24/7. The client reports their damage online on the website or directly in native mobile application. After reporting, clients upload documents related to the damage online (photo of the damage, invoice or receipt). At that moment, the AI Claim manager starts working, which automatically processes the documents, evaluates the damage visually, contractually and legally, all the circumstances surrounding it, and if it meets the conditions, immediately issues a bank order to pay the amount. The AI Claim manager process thus follows on from the previous digital steps and is therefore fully online. The client can have their damage resolved within minutes.
