The main objectives were to enhance member engagement with Vitality benefits, increase retention rates, and drive business growth (primarily through increased loyalty and reduced lapses).

Reasons Behind:

Discovery Vitality recognized the need to differentiate itself in a competitive wellness market. Analysis revealed that personalized health recommendations and timely communication significantly boosted member engagement and reduced lapse rates. The underlying reason was to create a stronger value proposition for members, fostering loyalty and encouraging active participation in wellness activities.

State of Competition:

The wellness market is increasingly competitive. Vitality aimed to stand out by delivering a level of personalization previously unheard of, moving beyond generic wellness programs to provide tailored experiences that resonate with individual member needs.

Sources of Inspiration:

The campaign was inspired by the desire to empower members to take control of their wellness journeys. The approach was informed by data-driven insights into member behavior and preferences, ensuring the program was tailored to address specific needs and motivations. inQuba Journey analytics program was used.
