Innovation presentation

The world changed during and after the pandemic scenario; in Brazil, we experienced this reality between 2020 and 2023. During this period, we further accelerated the availability of self-service products and improved experiences and technologies to address new players (especially digital natives). With a dedicated area for digital sales, the aim was to mitigate the impact of these new players and lead the next era of rapid, practical, and seamless development for end customers in the insurance segment.
