Innovation School 2024 Qorus-Infosys Finacle Banking Innovation Awards 2025

Innovation School 2024 is a transformative 6-day training program that took place in Tirana, Albania, followed by two online days in January-February 2024. This cross-functional initiative gathered 86 participants from 10 countries of the RBI Group, aiming to inspire and empower employees through hands-on, experience-based learning. Designed to break routine, the program helps participants grow and return equipped with the tools and energy needed to create a meaningful impact within their teams. Central to the curriculum is the application of Design Thinking, which fosters creativity and problem-solving skills. Participants collaborate in interdisciplinary teams to address real-world challenges, engaging fully in the Design Thinking process—from empathy and understanding user needs to ideation and prototyping solutions.

Following the on-site sessions, participants had a two-week break to apply their newly acquired knowledge in their daily work environments. This practical application was crucial for reinforcing their learning and ensuring that the concepts were integrated into their operational practices.

In addition to Design Thinking, the program incorporates agile principles that promote adaptability and collaboration. It also emphasizes the importance of cultivating a vibrant innovation culture within the organization, focusing on mindset, resilience, and effective teamwork. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their experiences and utilize an ""Innovation Toolbox"" that facilitates the immediate implementation of innovative ideas.

By connecting like-minded, ambitious individuals, the Innovation School fosters a diverse community of innovators, encouraging networking and collaboration that continues beyond the training.
