AI Innovation Challenge 2024 Qorus-Infosys Finacle Banking Innovation Awards 2025

The AI Innovation Challenge was launched to unlock the creative potential of employees and accelerate the adoption of AI technologies across the organization. The initiative invited all employees to submit AI-based ideas through the Ideapp platform. Out of 56 submissions, 7 finalists were selected to participate in a structured innovation program, including workshops, mentoring, and a two-day hackathon. The challenge was designed to foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping. Finalists received support from internal and external experts to develop functional AI prototypes, such as onboarding tools and investment planning assistants. The initiative not only delivered tangible solutions but also upskilled participants in innovation methodologies, teamwork, and pitching. Led by the Innovation Department in collaboration with Advanced Analytics and external venture-building partners, the challenge exemplifies how structured innovation programs can democratize AI and drive transformation from within.
