Concept and Objectives: VAyna was developed to empower branch and field staff by providing instant, customizable access to performance data based on their regions, branches, and portfolios. The goal is to improve efficiency in field activities by eliminating the dependency on centrally distributed static reports.
Reasons Behind: Previously, staff received periodic Excel/PDF reports via email from headquarters. These reports were product-specific, covered limited timeframes, and did not allow retrospective or comparative analysis. When different product data was needed, field teams had to manually compile reports from multiple sources, taking up to two days.
State of Competition: The market for data-driven sales and portfolio management tools is increasingly competitive, with several established and emerging solutions offering various levels of reporting and analytics capabilities. However, many existing products rely heavily on static reports that do not adequately meet the dynamic and real-time needs of field teams. VAyna differentiates itself by providing an integrated, user-friendly platform that allows branch and regional staff to instantly access, analyze, and compare data from multiple sources without delay. This agility and customization offer a significant competitive advantage, enabling faster decision-making and more effective sales strategies. While competitors focus mainly on generic reporting tools, VAyna’s emphasis on flexibility, real-time data access, and user-centric design positions it uniquely in the market.
Sources of Inspiration: The increasing need for data-driven decision-making in field operations, combined with feedback from branch staff regarding inefficiencies in current reporting processes, inspired the development of VAyna.
Departments Involved: The project was initiated with collaboration between Business intelligence and Commercial Banking Sales Coordination Department.
Main Results So Far: VAyna has significantly reduced reporting times, enabled real-time access to tailored performance data, and improved the effectiveness of sales and portfolio management strategies.
