• Increase usage and conversion: Expand product usage and increase conversion through clear journeys and personalisation

• Build a stronger ecosystem: A single place to spend rewards and drive further product usage with ecosystem partners

Reasons/ Rationale:

• Our growing products and services outgrew our app and customers must go through many layers to get to the growing list of services.

• Limited opportunities and space within the app for customers to learn more about other products/ services that we offer.

• Providing our customers more support to bank better and meaningfully through rewards and wealth management
