Have you ever had doubts about how to operate the system? Were you afraid that you would click something wrong and you would have to undo it? Or maybe you don't like talking to ubiquitous bots? We have prepared an innovative solution for our corporate customers. All mBank CompanyNet users, regardless of their permissions, will be granted access to the Online Assistant free of charge. If our customers need assistance with using the system, they can connect to a text chat with a bank consultant from their computers and additionally share their mBank CompanyNet screen to help us resolve the issue faster. A screen-sharing session with the Online Assistant always takes place in parallel with a phone call with the bank’s employee. The consultant can only see the mBank CompanyNet screen. They don’t have access to your browser’s tabs and bookmarks or any sensitive data, such as your PIN or Customer Centre ID, etc. They can see you moving the cursor around and switching between modules of mBank CompanyNet. If you switch to a different tab in your browser or open a different app, the consultant will still only see the mBank CompanyNet screen. They can’t click anything in customer’s system. They can only highlight relevant elements on customer’s screen, mark a specific spot or an entire area. The highlighted element will flash green.
