Moja Vienna represents a fundamental reimagining of the insurance customer relationship for the digital age in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Rather than simply digitizing existing processes, we created the country's first comprehensive mobile insurance ecosystem that integrates policy management, claims processing, payments, and lifestyle benefits into a single seamless platform.
At its foundation, Moja Vienna provides complete self-service insurance management available 24/7. Customers can review and modify their policies, file claims with photo uploads and real-time status tracking, make premium payments with card-saving options for faster future transactions, and submit any insurance request—all from their smartphone with instant notifications.
Beyond Transactions - The Loyalty Ecosystem:
What elevates Moja Vienna from a functional app to a true innovation is our integrated loyalty program with over 70 partners across healthcare, fitness, sports equipment, and hospitality sectors throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. Customers access up to 20% discounts at renowned private healthcare institutions (ASA Polyclinic, Eurofarm, Atrijum, Al-Tawil), fitness centers, sports stores, hotels, and spas using their digital loyalty card—which doubles as a digital health card with barcode tracking.
We developed a custom web application exclusively for partners to scan loyalty cards and record transactions, creating a true ecosystem that benefits all parties. This transforms insurance from an annual transaction into an everyday valuable relationship, while providing us with behavioral insights for personalized offerings.
Strategic Multi-Generational Approach:
Moja Vienna uniquely targets not just policyholders, but insured persons—particularly teenagers aged 16+). By engaging Gen Z with tangible lifestyle benefits today, we're building insurance literacy and brand affinity years before they become independent buyers. This creates both immediate value (strengthening household retention) and a future customer pipeline.
Platform for Future Growth:
The app serves as a scalable platform for next-generation product placements—simple, affordable micro-insurance and parametric products that can be deployed rapidly. We're currently negotiating with banking partners to integrate Moja Vienna into their mobile banking apps, which will exponentially expand our reach and position insurance as an embedded financial service.
Customer Experience Design:
Every feature addresses real customer pain points: instant claim approvals replace days-long waits, 24/7 access eliminates office visits, direct assistance center calls (for medical, travel, home emergencies) provide immediate support, health insurance clients can book medical exams directly, and carefully designed call-to-action features guide customers to relevant new products.
The "Call a Friend" referral feature gamifies acquisition by allowing customers to invite contacts directly from the app and collect "Vienna gift shields" to win prizes—driving organic growth through peer recommendations.
