Artificial intelligence: from use cases to business models

Artificial intelligence, with its theory, algorithms and applications, is becoming a mainstream concept in many different industries including financial services – there is no question about that. As with many other current and past mainstream concepts, the time has come to ask some critical questions about the future development of AI in the business world. The key questions we aim to address in this article are “What are the main business models?” and “What are the paths from use cases to business models?”
