İşCep Aracım-My Car/Car Valuation Qorus Banking Innovation Awards 2023

Within “the Bank of the Future” vision, we put digitalization at the core of our strategic initiatives to change our conventions. We strategically focus on our mobile application İşCep and constantly implement innovative solutions into İşCep to provide the most appropriate experience to our customers. In the mobile era, while customers are meeting new apps and new technologies, we remarked that they tend to find solutions to all their needs from a single point. So that, we aim to transform İşCep into ecosystem shaped according to different personal and commercial needs and we decided to start with their cars’ needs. With Aracım-My Car menu, our users make all compulsory payments and insurance transactions for their cars through a single platform, and easily track their car calendars by recording important dates such as insurance, inspection, last maintenance and tire change. In order to expand our car ecosystem, we have established a partnership with a company specialized in car valuation using a custom model. Within İşCep our customers can now view the average values of their cars and the average selling durations. In the same menu, our customers are also provided with technical specifications of their cars and weekly/monthly price change graphs.
