As ON Digital Banking, we have built our brand with an approach that emphasizes simplicity and clarity in banking services, especially in an environment where trust is dwindling and banking processes are becoming complex. Our consumer research revealed that the main reasons for choosing digital banking are its innovative nature, ability to simplify life, and industry leadership. From this analysis, we derived our "Comfortable Banking" concept. It's comfortable because we aim for a seamless user experience (UX) and offer tangible benefits like low fees and competitive interest rates, while also maintaining the "seriousness of a bank." Our primary target audience is white-collar professionals aged 24-45 with a steady income. Typically, digital banks serve as a secondary bank for customers, with their main bank handling salary deposits. With our Earn with ON program, we aim to be their secondary bank by offering additional promotions without requiring them to switch their main salary bank. Through this program, customers can earn up to 500 TL cash rewards monthly for 12 months by completing two mandatory and two optional tasks from a set of five each month.
