Innovation presentation

The program takes place twice a year, aiming to engage employees in creating innovative solutions for challenges proposed by various business areas. Each edition of the program consists of a structured 8-week cycle, in which the 10 most promising ideas are selected and developed by multidisciplinary teams, supported by the innovation department in weekly meetings. During this period, teams are trained in innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Canvas, in addition to receiving tools for problem definition, stakeholder analysis, risk matrix, market study, and value proposition. At the end, the teams participate in training to format their presentations into pitches, which are evaluated based on criteria that consider both the feasibility and impact of the proposals. The evaluators, composed of the company's board, analyze the projects based on the following points:

Budget and financial viability: What is the implementation cost and expected return?

Benchmarking and innovation: Is the solution innovative and competitive in the market?

Potential GWP (Gross Written Premium): What is the financial impact of the solution on the company?

Impact versus effort: What is the degree of impact of the ideas compared to the effort required for implementation?

Additionally, the projects are evaluated on their ability to improve customer relationships and strengthen brand positioning. The winning group will have the opportunity to participate directly in the implementation of the proposed solution, ensuring that innovations are effectively tested and applied. At the end of the cycle, the goal is to generate concrete results for the company, focusing on creating innovative solutions with high impact for customers, promoting a greater perception of innovation among employees, and driving the sustainable growth of the company.
