Among the various types of consultants, a unique feature of the Generali Group in the market is represented by the so-called OP (acronym for productive organization). The OPs represent a specificity of the model with a dependent network: a productive organization dependent on the company that operates within the agencies. The KAM Wealth are OPs with high professional maturity who can authoritatively interface with high-net-worth clients and are able to provide advanced consultancy on the entire client’s assets The course is designed to strengthen the technical and commercial skills of KAM Wealth, Generali Italia's highly qualified professionals, and to give them the opportunity to obtain a 'third-party' professional certification, recognised by the market and to be able to enhance their value in the eyes of customers. This is why we have organised a four-year training course of great excellence aimed at achieving 3 professional certifications (EIP, EFA, EFP) awarded by EFPA Italy (European Financial Planning Association) after passing an examination and recognised as one of the most prestigious at European level. At present, the project, started in 2023, is in its third year and has 3 editions (2 EIP and 1 EFA) with more than 100 KAM WEALTH POs having obtained EIP and EFA professional certifications The project also involves the Sales and Marketing Departments and the Life Underwriting Department.
