BG Home is a project born from the need to simplify the Customer Journey of Banca Generali’s Financial Advisors in terms of access to information and digital solutions in use.
Thus, a new and unique entry point is created for the network of Financial Advisors, gathering the most used tools and the most useful features to support commercial activity and daily operations.
Simple, customizable, integrated, and multi-device, BG Home allows Financial Advisors to keep all areas of interest under control and supports them in the various aspects that characterize their daily work.
BG Home represents a turning point in the digital approach of the entire network of Banca Generali’s Financial Advisors, transitioning from a set of separate applications and websites to a single, customizable, and scalable entry point that serves as the first step toward a true digital revolution in the BG world.
The main features of the new digital solution are: • a simple and engaging UX-UI, designed to guide the Financial Advisor in the proper use of the available information assets and digital solutions • Rationalization of information across different levels of summary and detail • Freedom for the Financial Advisor to customize their own Home Page, without losing sight of key areas of interest • Full technical and functional integration and communication between different applications and data sources • Scalability of the solution both in functional terms (for integrating additional thematic areas or user types) and in technological terms (for the introduction of multi-agent AI) • Promotion of content and launch of specific initiatives tailored to user types
