Nykredit Direkte® is Nykredits new nationwide sales and advisory centre with Direct Banking. Together with the local retail branches in Nykredit, we are responible regarding the Retail personal customers and SMEs who can get banking, mortgage lending, insurance, pension, investment and debt management. We are open all seven weekdays and is accesable through phone, web, facetime and mail. The concept is to expand the customers acces to Nykredit and get all the products and advisory anywhere at any time. The competition so far has been through selfservice within a few products or only service acces outside normal opening hours in the Danish market. The new combination of digital and physical distribution is inspired by easy acces (as in 7-11) and advisory all week (real estate agents) but as an alternative face-to-face through the virtual touch points. The result so far has been 53.000 meetings, high customer and stakeholder satisfaction, revenue as expected.
