ING Bank Slaski aims to be the primary bank for our customers. Our digital strategy supports this goal. We are building an electronic ecosystem where customers can use most of their banking products online. We allow them to file online applications for the vast majority of the products offered by the bank and we have moved most of the processes online. Our target is to have 90% of the customer transactions and 50% of the sales in online channels by 2020. We encourage clients to use online services by using state-of-the-art solutions and offering the latest in user experience. In 2016 we launched a new version of the internet banking platform developed in cooperation with one of the leading UX experts in Poland. We are also the first bank in Poland which offered a smartwatch application for corporate clients. Digitalization is not only about customer interface, but also internal processes. As an example, in 2016 we implemented a fully automated credit process for loans with USD 100K limit, using behavioral scoring. As we want to support our clients in running their business, we offer services going beyond traditional banking. One example is corporate insurance products, also available online. Another example is Aleo. Aleo.com is a B2B marketplace, open for companies of all sizes, integrating online procurement services with easy supplier financing powered by ING Bank Śląski. It's a place where buyers can find suppliers, publish an RFP and negotiate prices on a purchase auction.
