comdirect is a true pioneer in digital asset management and launched its first robo advisor tool already in 2013. With cominvest we take digital asset management to the next level and created the first robo advisory solution that serves the need of all 3 customer types – self -directed, validator and delegator.
The technical investment process provides the basis for an easy to use user interface.
For the small amount of 3.000€ it is possible for customers to invest in a portfolio management or in an investment advisory service. In that way the access to this emerging form of investing is democratized.
We created an innovative algorithm that is not only able to optimize risk and expected profits for stocks and funds but also could deal with alternative investment vehicles like wine, watches or other goods as long as there is a price history.
cominvest combines both needs, the technical cleverness of the algorithm and the smart user interface that is easy to use for the clients.
We believe in a long-lasting investment period for good profit rates but not in a static asset allocation. Market conditions are changing so fast that it is necessary to manage this in an active way. So we built a dynamic investment algorithm that optimizes the composition of the asset classes in all of our model portfolios every 16 weeks. Furthermore we calculate a ranking of all the 4,500 funds, ETFs and ETCs in our asset universe to offer the best assets to our customers.

comdirect consequently brings the robo-advisory idea to the next level by implementing a dynamic investment algorithm that avoids the customer to invest money into asset classes that no longer fulfill the profit and risk conditions.
We offer this smart investment algorithm as a self-service, half service and a full service version to fulfill the need of all 3 customer types – the self-empowered, the validator and the delegator.
