Economie d’Energies “Energy saving platform” bring services to families from the beginning of the project to the start of the renovating construction works.

In France, 4 million households are supposed to have regular problem to pay fuel bills. Thois situation is mainly based on three factors: low income, high cost of energy, low energy efficiency of the house. Based on the EU commitments (reduction of energy consumption and reduction of carbon emissions), the targets set by the French government strategy is to renovate 500 000 housings per year. This is a social, sustainable and economic topic.
There are online energy saving platforms that enable to solve a part of this problem.
La Banque Postale has established a partnership with one of this platform, Economies d’Energies, to offer this service to the clients. The aim is to support and encourage families to save money and reduce carbon emissions in the renovation of their home.
The online platform offer the opportunity to the clients to select a large range of services covering the following ones:
- Simulate the energy consumption of their home
- Identify the type of renovation that will save the energy consumption
- Estimate the budget that must be devoted to the renovation project
- Identify the appropriate financial grants and subsidies according to the type of services they select and the client’s profile
- Provide advices to finance the part that is not covered by grants or subsidies and transfer to La Banque Postale (special home or personal loans devoted to renovation “Gamme Verte”).
- Identify the professionnals (plumbers, electricians, builders…) that are allowed to provide the renovation type
