Innovation presentation
Field Control is a startup that was introduced in Bradesco through the third edition of the inovaBra startups program. It’s an outsourced service management platform that automates part of the processes, with online interaction between service providers and internal customers of the Organization (Bradesco’s branches and departments) delivering information about real-time services and reports per type of service, company or region.
Bradesco’s Asset Department receives, answers and manages nearly 7,000 maintenance calls per month. With the Field Control tool, information about services takes place in real time making the intervention faster in critical cases. Bank branches, as well as departments, are able to know the location, data and expected arrival time of the technician that will service the call.
Uniqueness of the project
t is the first system with capacity to speedily and efficiently meet the needs of a large-sized organization such as Bradesco, in a country with continental dimensions.
