The innovation focuses on using business analytics to find the root cause for the errors thus helping the bank solve these perennial issues and become leaders in data management in the banking industry.
Uniqueness of the project
The project is the first of it's kind in Oman and having used such business analytics has shown proven results which has revolutionized banking in many aspects such as data governance, banking architecture and employee skill development. It also brings up the importance of applying scientific banking and discusses the need for a data culture in a bank. The innovation focuses on lean management techniques giving heavy emphasis in sustainable banking as well.
