Innovation presentation

Paynow is an advanced payment gateway integrated with a corporate account in mBank and with online banking. It adapts to the individual needs of the client and the type of transaction, facilitating smooth and secure online shopping. Conversion-Boosting Mechanisms in the Paynow Payment Gateway: 1. Unpaid Transaction Rescue Mechanism When the system detects a payment issue, it automatically suggests alternative payment methods to facilitate a smooth purchase completion. 2. Intelligent Payment Method Rotation Paynow analyzes the transaction value and adjusts the payment methods to maximize the chance of successful purchase completion: • For transactions up to 1000 PLN – BLIK, a convenient and fast option, appears first on the payment method list. • For transactions over 1000 PLN – we encourage customers to opt for online transfers first. When paying with BLIK, we ask to check the limit for a single transaction. 3. Additional Unpaid Transaction Reminders If a client does not finalize the payment within 5 minutes, the system automatically sends a friendly reminder with a direct link to the payment. 4. Integration with the Collect Service – a mass payment handling system Paynow offers an advanced tool for companies processing a large volume of transactions, ensuring swift and transparent settlements. It facilitates instant payer settlements, allowing immediate transfer to their individual accounts. Clients receive easy payer identification (especially useful for returning customers) and reports on deposits to the main account in MT940 format. 5. Payment Creation Tool Also for Clients Without Online Stores Individuals shopping at our merchants' stores can quickly pay for their order: • Without going through the entire purchasing process, • Simply by clicking on a link and confirming the transaction. Our clients benefit from this service through: • Higher store order conversion, • Higher order values in the store, • Faster payments for orders processed outside of the store (e.g., by phone). 6. A Variety of Payment Methods In Paynow, we offer a wide array of payment options: credit/debit card payments (including Google Pay), BLIK payments, quick online payments (pay-by-link), as well as leasing services, mRaty installment system, and mOkazje discount system. 7. Blik White Label Buyers enter the BLIK code directly on the store page – without needing to use a banking app, thereby reducing the transaction time. 8. Pay-by-link White Label Payments Buyers place an order on the store website, choose a quick transfer payment directly from their bank in the cart, and then go directly to the selected bank to authorize the payment. Thanks to a wide range of payment methods and innovative features, Paynow not only increases the conversion of online stores but also significantly facilitates and streamlines the entire payment process for customers. Consequently, our partners — online store owners — achieve greater revenues. We focus on "one-click" methods such as BLIK WL or PBL WL. We believe that if the payer has the opportunity to make a quick and convenient payment, they are more likely to successfully complete the purchase, directly influencing the conversion rate.
