Our approach is focused on delivering an exceptional user experience (UX). To achieve this, we have implemented rigorous UX validation models that span every phase of the design process. These models begin with contextual testing and exhaustive analysis, enabling us to continually refine our strategies. We introduce the "QXSCORE," a metric designed to holistically evaluate the quality of the user experience. This quantitative index is based on multiple factors, including usability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, providing us with a robust tool for the continuous improvement of our services. Over a period of three years, we have conducted approximately 1,500 tests and collected valuable direct feedback from users, generating two key impacts: Enhancement of navigation to provide a more intuitive and frictionless experience. Empowerment of customers by giving them full control over their interaction with our services.
