OCBC mobile banking app (OCBC Digital) widget was made PUBLIC since January 2022 for iPhone users (as this is available only on iOS platform). All they need to do is to add the OCBC Digital Widget on the home screen on their iPhones. Upon tapping on the chosen icon, customers will be authenticated and directed to the "screen of choice" seamlessly. Customers can easily get access to their favourite features just by a tap! With MOBILE FIRST as our guiding principle - we believe that customers should get access to their needs instantaneously and seamlessly. The team came up with this idea to help our customers battle against potential application "fatigue" via a new iOS technology. This is first in the market across banking industry enabled with the new OS technology. This has the potential to be further extended to other features providing dynamic information to our customers.
