Quick Insurance is a brand-new insurance company. Quick Insurance was founded in May 2017 and digital was our focus since the beginning. And we are digitally growing. We were planning to establish a technology-oriented, digital but social digital insurance company. By using digital technologies, we have boot-strapped our business both in B2C and agencies with only a small core team. Digital is in our every field from social media to social responsibility projects and to agency processes. Thanks to the digital ecosystem that we have created here, we run the business with 30 people. Quick Insurance Website offers seamless end to end customer experience with its web and mobile site. Without using a call center, we have developed a technology stack in which customers have completed online purchasing in 2-3 steps. Qapp isnot only a point of sales for us, we also offer a wide range of services from tow truck, ambulance to locksmith. For example; Quick Help button helps you call an ambulance without a phone call because we immediately understand the location of our customers and send ambulance there. We use Qmag, QGloss, Qblog as our digital interaction channels. Qsocial our corporate responsibility project we touch real lives. QBig, Qclaim, QrOBOT , Qport are the platforms we use to digitize our processes.
