Inspired by Spotify Wrapped and Strava’s ‘Year in sports’, we provide our customers with a fun, informative and valuable overview of their financial highlights of the past year.
Such an overview creates financial awareness, contributing to our customers’ financial well-being. It also provides us with a fun way of informing them of the everyday conveniences KBC Mobile and our digital assistant Kate can offer them. The days after Kate pushed the year overview, we got overwhelming positive reactions from our customers. We even witnessed them sharing snippets of their year overview on social media, making them ambassadors for the many services available in KBC Mobile.
