Travel Letter/Schengen Consultation via App is designed to simplify the travel experience by providing an integrated solution for purchasing travel insurance and accessing essential travel documents, such as the Schengen Travel Letter. The project aims to eliminate the stress associated with travel preparations by offering a user-friendly app that allows travelers to manage their insurance and travel documents effortlessly. The concept was inspired by the need for a more practical and fluid process for travelers, especially in the context of the post-pandemic travel boom. The app addresses the growing demand for travel insurance and the necessity of having travel documents readily available. The project involved collaboration between the Digital Channels and Product departments, ensuring a seamless user journey from start to finish.
