Innovation presentation

Capitalization is a savings product where an individual or company can accumulate capital over time while benefiting from a monthly prize draw. This process involves making monthly or one-time payments. In Brazil, capitalization is regulated by SUSEP (Private Insurance Superintendence) and is sold by companies like Bradesco Seguros. Due to its nature, we categorize this product under "Income Protection" as it aligns with fostering financial discipline. It is a unique product in the Brazilian market. Globally, it bears some similarity to Premium Bonds in the UK and Prize-Linked Savings Accounts in the US.

As good practices for inclusive hiring, we adhere to bias-free hiring with candidate evaluation based on technical and professional criteria, in addition to promoting leadership development programs with courses and training paths focused on continuous development. As support, we provide mentoring and coaching focused on self-development and self-awareness of employees. With continuous monitoring and evaluation, we establish metrics to track progress.
