Our life insurance includes an unprecedented coverage for burnout, aimed at our clients – small and medium-sized entrepreneurs – who do not have an employment contract (CLT) and, when diagnosed, are left without income and resources for treatment. The product provides financial support to help the insured recover. The solution was born from the growing mental health crisis, even among entrepreneurs, and the lack of similar coverages in the market, filling an important gap in the insurance sector.
Developed in collaboration with the Products, Legal, and Technology teams, as well as our partner insurer, the insurance differentiates our company in the market, generating real value for customers and enabling them to continue sustaining their businesses through treatment, even when facing mental health challenges.
