Innovation presentation

Concept and Objectives

The project aims to gain market share—specifically targeting the 5%—after a deliberate period of shrinking to establish profitability and risk balance. Central to this is the "Opportunity Universe," a digital ecosystem designed to turn operational obstacles into sales opportunities.

  • Segmented Growth: Aksigorta has analyzed its 15,000+ agents to focus investments on a "Professional Agent" tier (VIP and Elite), providing them with individual sales coaching and priority service.

  • Dynamic Points as Currency: The project introduces a "Point System" where production in focused branches (Health, MOD, Fire) acts as a currency for Traffic Insurance tariffs, allowing agents to issue policies based on their "Opportunity Wallet" balance

  • Personalized Tariffs: Utilizing "Customer Footprints," the system identifies a client’s insurance needs elsewhere and presents the agent with a ready-made, personalized offer and specific tariff incentives

Sources of Inspiration

  • Agent Feedback: The project was built entirely by listening to the field. Executives traveled extensively to gather direct feedback from agents.

  • Technology & AI Trends: The project draws on tech advancements to move beyond mere process speed toward customer acquisition.

  • User Experience: The points-tracking system was inspired by user-friendly status tracking in airline applications to make commission and goal tracking simple for agents.

Departments Involved

This is a cross-functional effort involving several key leaders and their teams:

  • Sales & Distribution, Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Product Management.
