Concept and objectives
Agile Start 2025 is the 4th edition of a corporate program that transforms culture into a competitive advantage. It accelerates agile maturity and operational excellence through advanced content, applied practice, and internal recognition. In 2025, we innovated with the Start Agile Award, giving squads a stage to present real deliveries to the entire company — increasing visibility, engagement, and protagonism.

Competitive Landscape:
Few corporate events integrate strategic curation, practical workshops, and structured awards. Differentials:
• On-demand access to recordings for the entire workforce.
• Cross-functional curation (governance, AI, metrics, culture, design).
• Recognition in categories connected to business.

Uniqueness of the project:
We created the award to celebrate impactful practices, foster engagement, and provide transparency to squad results. The format ensured maximum impact with minimal investment (BRL 16,380.55), valuing internal talent and strategic partnerships.

Sources of Inspiration:
Global practices of Business Agility, Fit for Purpose, applied AI, storytelling with metrics, and Lean Process Design. We translated this into tracks such as: Agile Governance, AI & Expanded Awareness, Digital Products, Product Culture, and Triple Track Workshop (Strategy, Discovery, Delivery).
