In the private pension ecosystem, fund management is widely perceived as complex and demanding. Uncertainty about how to manage savings often leads participants to remain passive, limiting their ability to capture potential returns. AgeSA’s research and customer insights reveal that insufficient financial knowledge, time constraints, and fear of making incorrect decisions are the primary barriers to active fund management. As a result, 70% of participants never change their fund allocation, causing their long-term returns to remain below potential.
Driven by this insight, we set out to remove complexity from the investment journey and make professional fund management simple, effortless, and trustworthy for everyone. Our ambition was not only to simplify decision-making, but also to empower customers to act with confidence.
To achieve this, we launched Auto Fund Advisory on the AgeSA Mobile application. The service enables customers to define their risk profile through a three-question, regulation-compliant assessment and, with a single tap, authorize the automatic management of their savings in line with expert recommendations — without the need for continuous monitoring or manual intervention.
What distinguishes Auto Fund Advisory is its seamless combination of simplicity and sophistication. The algorithmic portfolio management framework, developed in collaboration with Ak Portfolio Management, embeds professional portfolio managers’ market insights into intelligent, risk-based models that dynamically manage fund allocations on behalf of customers.
