Our new insurance approach, built on a dialogue-based platform powered by generative AI, is the product of our goal to transform services into productivity more easily and efficiently with evolving technology. The project is named SuperAgent.
This project embodies an architecture designed in line with company strategy, aiming for customer-centric autonomous AI across nearly every domain—Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Bancassurance, IT, and more.
Each department within the company will be able to carry out its functions, operational tasks, products, and services offered directly or indirectly to customers through autonomous AI agents—either by leveraging the individual capabilities of a single agent or by orchestrating the collective strengths of multiple agents.
From securely and quickly feeding employees with comprehensive content from the company library, to sending receipts to customers, reading and indexing any handwritten petitions or visuals submitted by clients, updating employee information in the system with a simple prompt, autonomously reading, responding to, and processing requests sent to operational support mail addresses, and providing instant access to essential sales information such as coverage, limits, and policy conditions—all these life-simplifying capabilities are made possible through SuperAgent.
