Please tell me a little about your background.

I’ve been in banking for 25 years, rising from the teller line to become a leader in Consumer and Commercial Banking for BBVA Compass. In 2015, I was elevated to the BBVA Compass Management Committee as the chief executive for Talent and Culture.
