What is your role and the scope of your responsibilities within the company? Are you responsible for all data analytics initiatives within the company and who are your internal customers? (Divisional, Business Units, Groups/functions such as IT, ESG, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Risk, etc.)
I lead the data science team for marketing at HDFC Bank. The primary task of this team is to ensure relevance of all marketing recommendations and provide relevant analytical inputs for personalization of all marketing communications. We work very closely with all retail businesses, including frontline channels, who are our core customers
