Tell me a little about your background.

I’ve spent nearly two decades working in the insurance industry. Integrating technology and innovation in industries is one of my many interests and, from early on in my career, I kept track with the latest technology, which enabled me to effectively enhance the level of services offered to customers and the overall customer experience. I’ve worked with AXA Egypt as the COO since its launch in 2015 and I became the CEO of the company in 2018.
