Banque Populaire, in collaboration with Natixis Interépargne, introduces an innovative responsible incentive program, marking a significant move in France's salary savings market. This initiative solidifies Banque Populaire's commitment to driving societal transition within businesses.

Tailored for businesses of all sizes, the program offers legally secure agreements, competitive pricing, and customizable triggering criteria for incentive bonuses. Leaders can personalize benchmarks, both financial and non-financial, to suit their company's unique dynamics.

Employees stand to receive extra bonuses tied to predefined non-financial criteria directly impacting the company, fostering active participation in the company's societal transition. Criteria may range from reducing absenteeism to environmental considerations like energy efficiency.

Leveraging 800 Business Advisors and 35 social savings specialists, Banque Populaire collaborates with Natixis Interépargne's experts, offering a comprehensive and personalized solution for each client.

Anticipating future legislation, the program positions itself ahead of the November 29, 2023, law encouraging value-sharing mechanisms in companies with 11 to 49 employees. Starting January 1, 2025, eligible companies must implement a profit-sharing scheme, a salary savings plan, or distribute a value-sharing bonus.

These programs play a significant role in employee recruitment, motivation, and retention. Over 75% of employees believe they positively impact motivation and engagement, with 40% considering them enhancing a company's attractiveness.

Pierre-Laurent Berne, Director of Business Development at Banque Populaire, expressed pride in offering this innovative tool at an attractive rate, rewarding employees for responsible behavior.

Damien Cléris, CEO of Natixis Interépargne, highlighted the program's capacity to simplify salary savings and retirement, making them accessible to a wider audience while encouraging virtuous practices.
