Nubank Ultravioleta has introduced NuViagens, an exclusive platform integrated into the Nubank app, aimed at simplifying travel planning for its high-income customers. NuViagens offers competitive prices for air tickets and hotel bookings, with a promise to refund the price difference if a better deal is found within 24 hours of purchase. Additionally, the platform provides price monitoring and offers free protection against price drops within 30 days of purchase.
To further streamline payments, NuViagens allows purchases in up to 8 interest-free installments via NuPay, Nubank's exclusive payment method. Customers also earn 1% cashback on all bookings. Moreover, dedicated 24-hour travel support is available via the app's chat or phone.
Livia Chanes, CEO of Nubank in Brazil, highlights NuViagens as a significant addition to Ultravioleta's offerings, powered by a partnership with HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions). NuViagens will gradually roll out to users over the coming months, accessible through the Nubank Ultravioleta app.
In addition to NuViagens, Nubank Ultravioleta has introduced the Global Account in partnership with Wise Platform, allowing instant currency conversion between reais, dollars, and euros directly through the Nubank app. It offers users exclusive benefits such as the lowest exchange rate in the segment and free internet abroad through Nubank's own eSIM offering.
