What led to the creation of LoyJoy?
In 2018, Dr. Ulrich Wolfgang and I founded LoyJoy with a clear mission: to empower businesses to connect with customers one-on-one through convenient and simple conversations. From the very beginning, LoyJoy set out to be a different kind of chatbot platform – one that put the customer and their digital experience first.
We focused on creating a beautiful and feature-rich chat user interface that would enable customers to complete entire digital processes end to end, without the need to switch between applications.
