Our API-first strategy allows for seamless omnichannel engagement, embedding protection into everyday experiences across mobility, travel, home, and health. This not only improves customer convenience but also deepens partnerships with leading global players. By integrating insurance with value-added services, Allianz Partners creates a connected ecosystem that delivers trust, efficiency, and personalized care.


How does your company manage the overall innovation process?

Allianz Partners manages innovation through close coordination between Lines of Business (LoBs) and Allyz, ensuring seamless integration of solutions. LoBs identify market needs, while Allyz acts as a central platform connecting services across mobility, travel, home, and health.

New concepts are developed based on data insights and customer demands. Prototyping and validation follow, using APIs and digital tools for scalability. Once tested, solutions are integrated into Allyz, creating a unified customer experience.

Strong collaboration between LoBs, IT, and strategic partners ensures rapid deployment and continuous evolution. By steering Allyz as a platform-first solution, Allianz Partners drives seamless, connected experiences for customers worldwide.
