Grace Salameh Azoury is the group head for E-channels and Customer Service at Credit Libanais. She spoke to Efma’s Boris Plantier about her life and work.
Tell me a little about your background.
I’ve been in the banking industry for more than 19 years with a wide experience in e-banking and customer service, and mainly leading to improve digital banking. I have an MBA in Management of Financial Institutions and I am passionate about enriching my knowledge in various topics, especially digital banking transformation. I have been also a speaker at several conferences and events where I share my knowledge in the field. I’m married with two children.
