At work with David Horton

David Horton is the global Head of Innovation at Thynk Digital (TD). He spoke to Efma’s Boris Plantier about his life and work.

Tell me a little about your background.

I have worked in the banking and financial services industry for the past 20 years. Initially, I worked in the IT department of banks and was responsible for technology infrastructure and information security, but eventually became the chief information officer for a large bank in Dubai. I then made the transition to chief transformation officer on the business side – driving the digital transformation of the bank. I am now the chief executive officer of my own digital transformation firm, working with several banks to digitize and innovate their business.
