According to Astrid Quenum, the chief digital officer at MGEN Group, true success comes when you become obsessed with the customer. She tells Efma’s Boris Plantier why.
Please tell me a little about your background.
I graduated from one of France’s top-ranking business schools Essec and pursued a path that has given me experience in consulting, entrepreneurship and marketing with a strong focus on digital projects and marketing.
After several years in consulting firms, I founded an e-commerce startup. It was a revelation that digital marketing was a true passion of mine! After four years, I sold the company and joined a hightech B2C Merchant as marketing director. I then became chief digital officer at insurance and health company, the MGEN Group, heading the digital department that I created.
